Application and Features：
Suitable for plastic, chemical and food industries. Work as blending equipment for powder or pellets with additives or color pigment. Can also blend powder with minority liquid additives. Typical applications includes; Plastics coloring, PVC dry blending, pre mixing of compounds with fillers. Can be used as cooler for bulk solid material.
Special designed double ribbon agitator benefit to excellent blending and distribution. Low speed mixing with lower heat generated, ideally suited for preliminary mixing, secondary mixing and coloring etc. Adopt totally opened top lid to ensure interior of mixer can be cleaned easily;
Blowing type bearing seal can prevent powder drop into the bearing.
